The link doesn't seem to work. If it's the Tennessee-based sculptor John Payne you're referring to, a collaboration would be pretty difficult. He passed away in 2008.
Hans, it's actually two separate links, and both work fine for me. He's California based, and appears to be well and truly alive. He also has a blog: http://www.jengalog.blogspot.com
