NEW OPENING DATE at OUTPOST 186!

You may have seen this before - and no, you’re not hallucinating.

The original opening for Untimely Monuments got completely obliterated by January’s East Coast Megablizzard. Rather than gamble on more weather chaos, I pushed things out a bit.

NEW (and hopefully final) date:
Sunday, March 29 at 3 PM
Outpost 186

186 (rear) Hampshire Street

Inman Square, Cambridge

Same show. Same drawings. Slightly less snow (presumably). The artist will be there in person to gesticulate inarticulately for your edification!

PRONG & PREEN 01

Here are a couple of new characters I’ve been meaning to draw for quite some time. Consider this an introduction, or at the very least, a trial run.

As much as I’ll probably never be entirely finished with Cochlea & Eustachia (I’ve been drawing them for literally a quarter of a century), it feels good to wander off and spend some time with a different cast once in a while. I even have several plotlines planned for them, which puts this project dangerously close to being “organized.”

I’ve also been wanting to try my hand at completely wordless comics - an interesting challenge, especially when it comes to communicating plot points in an already inscrutable surrealist comic strip.

More to come!
