Here's the first appearance of JEFFREY, published in CHROME FETUS COMIX over twenty years ago. The comic was also reprinted in Danny Hellman's TYPHON in 2008 and eventually FOLLY in 2012.

The comic was drawn as a political satire, and, unfortunately, is even more accurate today than when I first drew it two decades ago. Reader beware: As with all things that have an overt political theme, the contents of this comic may be offensive and upsetting to sensitive readers.
